Thanks to Jessica’s Team, my opinion of the mortgage industry has drastically changed. You really made our home buying experience a great process.  And an extremely easy process.  So easy I was a little worried at first.  I submitted my information on Friday, found the home we loved on Saturday and on Sunday we had a purchase agreement in hand.  And you even let us take the for sale sign out of the yard.  It was an amazing and life changing 3 days!  Now we’re moved in, the girls rooms are painted and the home is officially ours.  We couldn’t be more happy with how great you were through the whole process.  If someone is looking to buy an owner financed home from Jessica and her team at Jessica’s Team, do it.  That warm, honest and sincere feeling you get when talking with Jessica or any member of her team, its genuine.  Jessica’s Team bent over backwards to help me and my family figure out how to get into the home we loved.  And we’re truly grateful.

If you’re an investor like me, my mortgage broker said my credit was almost at its limit. Using Jessica’s approaching to buying, there is not limit to the amount of properties I can own. And since I don’t have to put 20% down on each house – I can buy a lot more – I wish they would sell more!
